How to set up Google Chat – Business Messages

If you own or manage a business, you know that it’s an incredibly competitive landscape. With so many new businesses getting started every day, it can feel like you’ll never catch a break. However, Google’s new Business Messages tool could help you stand out from the crowd. Google Business Messages is a free, simple way for you to give your customers a helpful experience that they’ll remember. It’s a visual communication tool that businesses can use to create a more personal connection with their customers.

Recently Chat2 has become a recognised Google Partner for their Business Messages, so you already have a team that can answer any chats that come through day or night from Google. This partnership is providing you with the opportunity to increase sales, attract more enquiries and enhance customer service.

In the coming months, consumers will be able to find Business Messages in even more places and not just on iphone, including Android, within apps and during calls.

What is Google Business Messages

Scan the QR code below to direct you to a short video demonstrating how your customers can connect with you directly through Google Business Messages.  Just wait a few moments for the video to start playing.

Once you have Google Business messages set up, the Chat icon will appear on your business profile when a customer searches for your business (as it shows in this video).  This is creating a new entry point into your sales funnel for your business to connect with new and current customers.

Why consider Google Business Messages

1 BILLION daily active users on Google DAILY.
