How to Set up a Google Business Account
- To create a Google Business Account follow the steps below:
- On your computer, sign in to Google Maps.
- You can add your business in three ways:
– Enter your address in the search bar. On the left, in the Business Profile, click Add your business.
– Right-click anywhere on the map. Then, click Add your business.
– In the top left, click Menu Add your business.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish signing up for your Business Profile.
How to Set Up Google Business Messages
- To set up Google Business Messages, you log into your Google Business Account.
- Then you should see on the left hand side menu, the “messages” option as shown in the image below. Click on this menu item.
Customers will be able to click on the chat icon and chat with your 24/7 online Chat2 team! The messages will appear for the Chat2 team on the same dashboard that we respond to your customers on your website and Facebook pages.
With this setup then people will be able to chat with you from a google search on mobile only at present, Google is still rolling out this feature as at April 2022.
