Terms and Conditions- ADAPT 6-month package – pay $99 at start of each month. Additional chats over 200 chats per month will incur additional charges of $50 per 50 chats thereafter. Package is subject to availability. Cancellation is available at the end of the 6-month package period. The ADAPT package comprises a saving of $594, made up of a 50% discount each month for up to 200 chats per month over the 6 months. With the creation and set-up of a customised Knowledge Base fee waived, to add a further discount of $199, usually charged upon commencement.
